1 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
1 c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
1 c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar
3 Hy-Vee eggs
2 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla
4 c. Bob's Red Mill gluten-free all-purpose baking flour
1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Cream butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
  2. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Add baking soda, vanilla and flour. Mix well.
  4. Mix in chocolate chips.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
  7. Remove to wire racks to cool.
