Gluten-Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 c. Hy-Vee butter, softened | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar | ||
3 Hy-Vee eggs | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
4 c. Bob's Red Mill gluten-free all-purpose baking flour | ||
1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee chocolate chips |
Directions
- Cream butter, peanut butter, white sugar and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and mix.
- Add baking soda, vanilla and flour. Mix well.
- Mix in chocolate chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 14 minutes.
- Remove to wire racks to cool.
