1 (19.8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
¼ c. water | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
1 c. mint chips | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee light cream cheese | ||
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream | ||
½ c. Andes baking chips |
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together brownie mix, eggs, water, oil and mint chips.
- Pour brownie mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
- With an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and marshmallow cream.
- Spread onto brownies. Top with Andes baking chips.
