    1 (19.8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee fudge brownie mix
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ¼ c. water
    ½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    1 c. mint chips
    1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee light cream cheese
    1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow cream
    ½ c. Andes baking chips

    Directions

    1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together brownie mix, eggs, water, oil and mint chips.
    2. Pour brownie mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
    3. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
    4. With an electric mixer, beat together cream cheese and marshmallow cream.
    5. Spread onto brownies. Top with Andes baking chips.
