¾ c. shredded carrots | ||
¼ c. chopped onion | ||
⅓ c. shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese | ||
2 tbsp. bacon bits | ||
⅔ c. fat-free mayonnaise | ||
sugar substitute equal to 2 tbsp sugar | ||
1 ½ tsp. prepared mustard | ||
2 tbsp. skim milk |
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, onion, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar substitute, mustard, and skim milk.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to broccoli mixture. Mix gently to combine.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
