8 slice(s) Hy-Vee fully cooked hickory-smoked bacon | ||
1 (10 oz) ready-to-heat pizza crust | ||
⅔ c. Hy-Vee hickory barbecue sauce | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee grill steak seasoning | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded 3-cheese Mexican blend | ||
1 tbsp. chopped shallot |
Directions
- Dice peppers and cut bacon into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
- Place aluminum foil on preheated grill, reflective side towards the coals.
- Place crust on foil and grill one minute. Turn over.
- Spread barbecue sauce, seasoning, cheese, peppers, bacon and shallot over crust.
- Continue grilling until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let cool 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
