Description

1 lbs. 93%-lean ground turkey (not ground turkey breast) | ||
Tzatziki Sauce and Hy-Vee hot dog or brat buns, for serving |

Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, oregano, thyme and pepper in a large bowl. Add ground turkey and mix well.
- Shape into 24 meatballs, about 1-1/2 inches in size. Place on a broiler pan and bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature is 160 degrees.
For tailgating, skewer cooked meatballs ahead of time and reheat on the grill.
