1 c. Hy-Vee frozen unsweetened mango chunks
1 c. Hy-Vee no sugar added 100% apple juice
¼ c. Good Graces gluten free oats & honey protein granola , plus additional for topping
2 tsp. Full Circle Market organic chia seeds or shelled hemp seed hearts , plus additional for topping
Assorted toppings, such as sliced kiwi; fresh berries; Hy-Vee shredded sweetened coconut flakes; Hy-Vee creamy peanut butter, melted; and/or Hy-Vee no stir creamy almond butter

Directions

  1. Place kale, spinach, frozen mango, apple juice, granola and chia seeds in a blender or food processor.

  2. Cover and blend or process until very smooth.

  3. Pour into 2 serving bowls. Garnish with desired toppings. Drizzle with melted nut butter, if desired.
