Grilled Apple Cheddar Turkey Sandwich

2 slices low-sodium sprouted grain bread | ||
2 oz. Di Lusso reduced-sodium thin-sliced turkey | ||
½ small Braeburn apple, thinly sliced | ||
1 slice reduced-fat sharp cheddar or white cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat counter top grill.
- On one slice of bread, layer turkey, apple slices and cheese. Top with second piece of bread.
- Cook on grill 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
- Remove from grill and cut sandwich in half before serving.
