4 (about 8 oz each) sirloin tip center steaks, cut 1-inch thick |
Directions
- Combine chili powder, garlic, oregano, cocoa powder, grated orange peel and cinnamon. Press evenly onto steaks.
- Place steaks on grid over medium, ash covered coals. Grill covered, 11 to 13 minutes for medium rare doneness, turning once. Do not overcook.
