    1 Anjou pear, diced
    1 c. diced strawberries
    1 kiwi, peeled and diced
    1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    1 tsp. lime juice
    Hy-Vee ground cinnamon
    8 (6-inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    1 c. Hy-Vee 2% shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

    Directions

    1. Combine pear, strawberries, kiwi, cilantro, honey and lime juice in a small bowl. Set aside.
    2. Spray one side of each tortilla with cooking spray and sprinkle with cinnamon. Place cinnamon-side-down on a counter-top grill. Top each with 2 tablespoons cheese, 1/4 cup fruit mixture and an additional 2 tablespoons cheese. Top each with remaining tortillas, cinnamon-side-up. Close lid.
    3. Grill 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    4. Cut each into quarters and serve warm with remaining fruit mixture.
