Grilled Chicken Veggie Wraps

12 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts | ||
6 tbsp. reduced-fat vegetable-flavored cream cheese, divided | ||
6 (9 inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced | ||
¾ c. snow pea pods | ||
3 c. shredded romaine lettuce | ||
6 tbsp. chopped green onion |
Directions
- Grill chicken and cut into thin strips.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese down center of each tortilla.
- Layer each with chicken strips, red pepper, pea pods, lettuce and green onions.
- Rolls tortillas tightly to seal.
- Tip: Next time you grill out, throw on a few extra chicken breasts and use the leftovers to make these tasty wraps.
