1 lbs. salmon, cut into 4 fillets | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
¼ c. chopped onion | ||
1 ½ tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce |
Directions
- Place salmon in the center of a 24-by-12-inch piece of aluminum foil. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until softened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Whisk in brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce. Pour over salmon.
- Bring opposite edges of foil together and seal tightly. Fold ends tightly.
- Grill salmon over medium heat for 10 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before carefully opening packet.
