    1 ¼ lbs. lean ground beef
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    2 clove(s) garlic, minced
    ¼ tsp. garlic pepper
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    8 whole-wheat dinner rolls, split
    2 ½ tbsp. Hy-Vee spicy mustard
    Lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium, 300 to 350 degrees.
    2. Gently combine beef, Worcestershire, garlic, garlic pepper and parsley in large bowl. Divide beef mixture and form 8 small, 1/2-inch-thick patties.
    3. Grill patties 5 to 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    4. Wash lettuce and pat dry with paper towels; set aside. Grill rolls over indirect medium heat about 1 minute; remove. Spread mustard inside each roll, add burger and top with lettuce leaf. Serve warm.
