Directions
- Grease grill grates. Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
- Grill beef kabobs until internal temperature of beef is 145 degrees for medium-rare, about 15 to 18 minutes. Carefully turn kabobs every 4 to 5 minutes. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
- Grill chicken kabobs until internal temperature of chicken is 165 degrees, about 18 to 20 minutes. Carefully turn kabobs every 4 to 5 minutes.
