      Directions

      1. Season chicken breasts with lemon pepper.
      2. Grill chicken over medium heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from heat and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before thinly slicing or chopping into bite-sized pieces.
      3. Toss together chicken, lettuce and dressing in a large bowl. Top with Parmesan cheese and croutons and toss again. Serve immediately.
