Directions
- Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium heat.
- Rub pork chops with canola oil. Sprinkle with seasoning rub.
- Grill 12 to 14 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
