    4 to 5 c. Hy-Vee 50% less sodium beef broth
    ½ c. mild molasses
    ½ c. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee mustard
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    ½ tsp. hot sauce
    4 lbs. baby back ribs

    • Gas or charcoal grill
    • Aluminum foil

    Directions

    1. Combine broth, molasses, vinegar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce in 6-quart Dutch oven; bring to boiling. Add ribs; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
    2. Meanwhile, preheat grill to low (250 to 275 degrees). Arrange ribs on grill rack and cover with foil. Cook until tender, about 2 hours, turning every 20 minutes. During the last 20 minutes, brush ribs with molasses sauce and turn twice.
