Grilled Peaches and Pineapple

1 lemon, sliced in wedges | ||
5 peaches, halved and pitted | ||
1 whole pineapple, sliced | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee sugar, divided |
Directions
- Heat grill to medium heat. Spray grill grate with nonstick cooking spray.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over cut peaches and pineapple. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
- Place peaches, cut-side down, and pineapple slices on preheated grill. Sprinkle with remaining sugar. Flip. Grill several minutes on each side until softened.
