    4 (6-1/2-inch) pita breads
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil, divided
    1 (8 oz) pkg Hy-Vee shredded Italian blend cheese
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    1 (13.75 oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, divided

    Directions

    1. Prepare grill.
    2. Brush olive oil on both sides of each pita bread. Place each pita on a 12-inch square of aluminum foil.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine cheese, garlic powder and oregano.
    4. Top each pita with artichoke hearts and cheese mixture.
    5. When the coals are glowing red and flames are no longer present, place pitas on the grill. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
    6. Cut each pizza into 4 wedges.
