¼ c. Hy-Vee tomato juice | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee thyme | ||

1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh parsley | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 tsp. marjoram | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee pepper | ||
1 (1.7 lb) Hormel pork center-cut loin fillet |
Directions
- Combine oil, onion, tomato juice, lemon juice, thyme, garlic, parsley, salt, marjoram and pepper in a large resealable plastic bag.
- Pierce pork with a fork; place in plastic bag with marinade, turning to coat pork.
- Marinate for 4 to 6 hours, or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Discard marinade.
- Grill over medium heat for 35 minutes, turning occasionally, or until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
