3 cooked Balsamic Pork Chops, thinly sliced | ||
4 (1 oz each) slices provolone cheese | ||

Directions
- Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each slice of bread. Top 4 slices of bread with sliced pork chops and 1 slice of cheese. Top cheese with remaining slices of bread.
- Lightly brush outer surfaces of sandwiches with olive oil.
- Grill in a medium-hot skillet until toasted on each side.
