    ½ c. pesto, divided
    8 slice(s) Italian bread
    3 cooked Balsamic Pork Chops, thinly sliced
    4 (1 oz each) slices provolone cheese
    olive oil, as needed

    Directions

    1. Spread 1 tablespoon pesto on each slice of bread. Top 4 slices of bread with sliced pork chops and 1 slice of cheese. Top cheese with remaining slices of bread.
    2. Lightly brush outer surfaces of sandwiches with olive oil.
    3. Grill in a medium-hot skillet until toasted on each side.
