Directions
Prepare a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat (375 degrees). Place rib racks, bone sides down, each on a 24x18-inch sheet of heavy foil; sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Double fold top and one end to seal each packet. Add 1/4 cup water to each packet through opening of other end; double fold remaining end to seal.
Grill 40 to 45 minutes or until ribs are tender (205 degrees). Remove ribs from foil; return to grill rack. Brush with sauce. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until slightly caramelized, brushing with sauce and turning every 3 to 5 minutes. Serve ribs with remaining sauce.
