Directions
- In a small bowl, stir together pepper, salt and seasoning. Season both sides of steaks with seasoning mixture. Set aside for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat grill to medium-high heat. Cook steaks for 3 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
