    ¼ c. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil
    ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
    ½ tsp. lemon zest
    1 lbs. peeled, deveined shrimp
    1 Vidalia onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 red bell pepper, seeded, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 lbs. asparagus, trimmed
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper to taste

    Directions

    1. Combine olive oil, cayenne pepper and lemon peel. Set aside.
    2. On each of 8 skewers, thread shrimp, onion and bell pepper.
    3. Lay asparagus side-by-side and pierce onto 2 wooden skewers to form a raft.
    4. Place asparagus rafts and shrimp kabobs on the grill. Brush with olive oil mixture.
    5. Grill kabobs over medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until shrimp are done.
    6. Grill rafts 10 minutes, turning once.
    7. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
