¼ c. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||
1 lime, juiced | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
2 (8 oz each) tuna steaks |
Directions
- Whisk together oil, Worcestershire sauce, lime juice and pepper. Pour mixture into a resealable plastic bag. Add tuna steaks.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Remove steaks and discard marinade.
- Preheat grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil grill grate. Cook the tuna steaks for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or to desired doneness.
