1 c. chopped green bell pepper | ||
1 c. chopped yellow onion | ||
1 c. sliced mushrooms | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoning salt | ||
½ tsp. cracked black pepper |
Directions
- Place bell pepper, onion and mushrooms on a 24-by-12-inch piece of foil.
- Dot butter over top of vegetables.
- Sprinkle with seasoning salt and black pepper.
- Bring opposite edges of foil together and seal tightly with a double fold.
- Fold in remaining ends to enclose vegetables completely.
- Grill the vegetable packet on a grill rack directly over medium-hot coals about 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
