Grilled Vegetable Yogurt Sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced | ||
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
1 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
Salt and black pepper, to taste | ||
Cumin powder, if desired | ||
Chopped parsley, if desired | ||
Lemon wedges, for garnish |
Directions
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, garlic, cayenne and lemon juice. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper. Chill sauce until ready to use.
- Before serving, sprinkle cumin powder and parsley on yogurt sauce, if desired. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with grilled vegetables, flatbread and/or your favorite crusty bread.
