Gnocchi are small Italian potato dumplings that cook in just a few minutes. Chef Edi combined these classic Italian dumplings with creamy Gustare Vita vodka pasta, heavy whipping cream, and crème fraiche for an extra-rich flavor.

Directions
Add olive oil and butter to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add shallots, green onions, and ginger. Season, to taste, with black pepper. Cook until shallots have softened, about 5 minutes.

The mixture of olive oil and butter keeps the butter from burning and releasing a bitter flavor.Add salmon, prosecco, smoked paprika, crème fraiche, and vodka pasta sauce. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Slowly whisk in heavy whipping cream and cook 6 to 7 minutes, or until slightly thickened and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper.
Add cooked gnocchi into sauce. Add Dubliner cheese. Divide between 6 serving plates and serve, garnished with additional Dubliner cheese, if desired.
