½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Swiss cheese, divided | ||
4 tbsp. chopped green onion, divided | ||
¼ lbs. Di Lusso sliced ham, chopped, divided | ||
4 slice(s) crumbled, cooked Hy-Vee bacon | ||
Hy-Vee mustard, optional | ||
4 c. carrot chips | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee ranch vegetable dip |
Directions
- Place one tortilla on a large greased skillet over medium heat.
- Top tortilla with 1 tablespoon Swiss, 1 tablespoon green onion, 3 tablespoons ham, 1 tablespoon bacon and an additional tablespoon Swiss.
- Fold tortilla over and cook until golden on both sides, turning once. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve warm with mustard, if desired, and carrots and dip.
