1 ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix | ||
3 c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
4 Hy-Vee large eggs, beaten |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9-by-13-inch pan with cooking spray.
- Layer vegetables, ham and cheese in baking pan. Mix together baking mix, milk and beaten eggs. Pour over vegetable mixture.
- Bake for one hour or until middle is set.
