    1 lbs. ground ham
    1 lbs. lean ground pork
    1 c. crushed crackers
    ½ tsp. dry mustard
    1 large egg
    ½ c. milk
    ⅓ c. brown sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    1 ½ tbsp. cornstarch

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine ground ham, ground pork, cracker crumbs, mustard, egg and milk in a large bowl. Form into 8 balls. Place in a 10-by-6-inch casserole dish.
    3. Whisk together brown sugar, orange juice and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Pour sauce over meatballs.
    4. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
