1 ½ tbsp. cornstarch |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ground ham, ground pork, cracker crumbs, mustard, egg and milk in a large bowl. Form into 8 balls. Place in a 10-by-6-inch casserole dish.
- Whisk together brown sugar, orange juice and cornstarch in a saucepan and heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Pour sauce over meatballs.
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
