3 oz. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee lemon yogurt | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
1 (15 oz) can cooked wild rice, drained | ||
1 medium apple, cored and chopped | ||
1 c. halved green grapes | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee chopped pecans | ||
½ c. dried cranberries |
Directions
- Combine cream cheese, lemon yogurt and honey in a mixing bowl. Beat until smooth.
- Add cooked wild rice, apple, grapes, pecans and cranberries. Stir well.
- Cover bowl. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
