It's the sweet-tang of cranberry relish with turkey. Or maybe it's the smoky bacon smothered in buttery Havarti cheese? No, it's definitely all of the above that makes this burger so great.

1 lbs. 93%-lean ground turkey | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
1 (0.75 oz) pkg fresh basil (about 1 c.) | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
4 Hy-Vee Bakery kaiser rolls | ||
8 tbsp. cranberry relish, divided | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Havarti cheese | ||
8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked | ||
4 tbsp. stone-ground mustard, divided |
Directions
- Form ground turkey into 4 patties. Grill patties until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
- Meanwhile, for basil aioli, combine mayonnaise, basil, salt and pepper in a food processor. Puree until smooth; set aside.
- Spread bottom half of buns with cranberry relish. Top each with grilled turkey patty, Havarti cheese slice and 2 slices bacon. On top bun, spread stone ground mustard and prepared basil aioli.
