    1 lbs. boneless lean pork loin chops
    1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee classic salad mix
    2 c. cubed fresh pineapple
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted
    ½ c. light raspberry vinaigrette

    Directions

    1. Grill pork until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
    2. Toss pork with salad mix, pineapple, almonds and vinaigrette in a large serving bowl.
    3. Serve immediately.
