1 (16 oz) bag Hy-Vee classic salad mix | ||
2 c. cubed fresh pineapple | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee slivered almonds, toasted | ||
½ c. light raspberry vinaigrette |
Directions
- Grill pork until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
- Toss pork with salad mix, pineapple, almonds and vinaigrette in a large serving bowl.
- Serve immediately.
