    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 (6 oz) pkg fresh mushrooms, halved
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
    2 (15 oz each) cans Hy-Vee chili beans, undrained
    2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced chili tomatoes, undrained
    1 (8 oz) can That's Smart crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (1 oz) envelope Hy-Vee chili seasoning

    Directions

    1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Drain.
    2. In a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients.
    3. Simmer over medium heat 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
