2 lbs. small red potatoes | ||
½ c. sliced green onions | ||
1 c. Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing | ||
paprika or black pepper | ||
chopped chives, for garnish | ||
bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled, for garnish |
Directions
- Simmer potatoes in salted water until a knife inserted into a potato without meeting much resistance. Drain and cool slightly. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In large bowl, gently toss potatoes, onions and salad dressing. Dust with paprika. Garnish with chives and crumbled bacon.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
