    Directions

    1. Place Pepperazzi peppers, olives and IPA mustard in separate small serving bowls; set aside. Stuff dates with blue cheese; wrap with prosciutto strips.

    2. Place Pepperazzi peppers in a corner on a large rectangular slate cheese board or serving platter. Then arrange olives, mustard and remaining ingredients in a clockwise fashion on the board.

    3. Drizzle honey on a wheel of Brie and season radish slices with cracked pepper, if desired. Garnish platter with lemon leaves and fresh herbs, if desired.
