    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    8 slice(s) Jarlsberg cheese, divided
    4 Hy-Vee hamburger buns
    ½ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee cheddar cheese
    4 green leaf lettuce leaves
    4 tomato slices
    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon, cooked
    ½ c. Hy-Vee mayonnaise

    Directions

    1. In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion slices and cook, stirring frequently, until onions are softened and begin to turn golden, about 25 minutes. Set aside.
    2. Preheat grill to direct heat over medium-high heat. Divide beef into 4 patties and grill for about 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once, or until temperature reaches 160 degrees. Top each patty immediately with a slice of Jarlsberg cheese.
    3. On bottom of each hamburger bun, spread barbecue sauce. Top each with a slice of cheddar cheese, one-fourth the caramelized onions, patty, lettuce leaf, tomato slice, additional slice of Jarlsberg and 2 bacon slices. Spread top bun with mayonnaise and add to top of bacon slices.
