2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey | ||
4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee plain bread crumbs |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together mustard, butter and honey.
- Place fillets in a greased 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Season each fillet with salt and pepper. Brush each fillet with honey-mustard mixture. Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork.
