Directions
Place chicken pieces in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour remaining marinade mixture over chicken; seal bag. Turn bag to evenly coat chicken pieces with marinade mixture. Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally.
Preheat charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat (375 degrees). Remove chicken pieces from marinade mixture; discard marinade mixture. Thread chicken pieces onto 6 (8- to 10-in.) metal skewers.
Grill chicken for 7 to 9 minutes or until chicken reaches 165 degrees, turning occasionally. Brush skewers with reserved marinade mixture. Grill for 1 to 2 minutes more or until heated. Remove kabobs; loosely cover with foil and let rest for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare cashew salad kits according to pkg. directions.
To serve, garnish kabobs with green onions, if desired. Serve with cashew salad.
