    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    4 clove(s) garlic, minced
    1 lemon, juiced
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    4 boneless butterfly pork chops

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
    2. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, ginger and red pepper; set aside.
    3. Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear pork chops on each side about 1 minute per side. Place pork chops in baking pan. Pour honey mixture over pork chops.
    4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
