Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, ginger and red pepper; set aside.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sear pork chops on each side about 1 minute per side. Place pork chops in baking pan. Pour honey mixture over pork chops.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
