1 tsp. thyme, crumbled | ||
1 dash(es) salt and pepper to taste | ||
2 tsp. vegetable oil | ||
1 c. Dole pineapple juice | ||
¼ c. honey mustard | ||
¼ c. Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbsp. cornstarch |
Directions
- Rub chicken with garlic and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a nonstick skillet, brown chicken in oil.
- Combine pineapple juice, honey, mustard and cornstarch until well blended.
- Pour mixture over chicken. Cover, simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
