    ¾ c. Hy-Vee butter, softened
    ¾ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar
    ¾ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee flour
    1 ½ c. crushed Hy-Vee Honey Oats and Flakes Cereal
    ¾ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick-cooking oats
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 c. Hy-Vee salted peanuts
    1 c. Hy-Vee chocolate chips
    ½ c. Hy-Vee flake coconut

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, crushed cereal, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in peanuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Spread into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
    4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack.
    5. Cut into 36 bars before serving.
