¾ c. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
2 Hy-Vee large eggs | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla extract | ||
1 ½ c. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 ½ c. crushed Hy-Vee Honey Oats and Flakes Cereal | ||
¾ c. uncooked Hy-Vee quick-cooking oats | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee salted peanuts | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee chocolate chips | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee flake coconut |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, crushed cereal, oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in peanuts, chocolate chips and coconut. Spread into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Cool on wire rack.
- Cut into 36 bars before serving.
