3 cinnamon sticks | ||
1 tbsp. whole cloves | ||
½ tsp. whole allspice | ||
2 qt. unsweetened apple juice |
Directions
- Place water, cinnamon sticks, whole cloves and whole allspice in a large pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low; simmer for 10 minutes.
- Strain, discard spices and return to the pot.
- Add the apple juice. Simmer over low heat until thoroughly heated. Serve hot.
