Directions
Meanwhile, stir together beef in barbecued sauce and gravy in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on HIGH 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring halfway through.
To assemble, spoon about half of the beef mixture into 4 (12-oz. each) heat-resistant glasses or shallow serving bowls. Top with scoops of mashed potatoes; spoon remaining beef mixture over potatoes. Top each with a dollop of remaining 1/3 cup sour cream. Sprinkle with cheese; garnish with grape tomatoes, if desired.
