1 c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese | ||

Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together broccoli, carrots, red onion, cheese and dressing.
- Microwave uncovered for 8 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender and cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately.
