    3 ¾ c. Hy-Vee reduced-fat baking mix
    1 ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 Hy-Vee large egg
    1 c. grated Hy-Vee hot pepper cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 8-by-4-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
    2. Stir together baking mix, milk and egg until well mixed. Stir in cheese.
    3. Pour into prepared pan; bake 1 hour.
