Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir in bread cubes and let rest for 15 minutes.
Divide mixture into 6 equal portions, pour any remaining liquid into muffin tins.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until tops are toasted and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
