    1 packet(s) instant chocolate pudding mix
    1 ¼ c. cold soymilk
    1 (10.5 oz) pkg silken tofu

    Directions

    1. Put contents of chocolate pudding mix and soymilk into blender container and whirl until very smooth, about 15 seconds.
    2. Add silken tofu and blend again, scraping down sides as needed, until very smooth.
    3. Pour into 4 individual serving dishes and chill at least 2 hours before serving.
