    1 (8 oz) container Hy-Vee low-fat plain yogurt
    1 tbsp. Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends Italian Herbs
    ¼ tsp. Gourmet Garden Fresh Blends chili pepper
    1 lbs. chicken breasts, pounded to 1/2-inch thickness

    Directions

    1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, Italian herbs and chili pepper. Add chicken to yogurt mixture; cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
    2. Remove chicken from yogurt mixture, discarding yogurt mixture. Broil chicken on a broiler pan, 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until chicken reaches 160 degrees.
