    1 c. Hy-Vee Italian low-fat salad dressing
    1 (2 to 3 pound) top loin pork roast
    1 tsp. garlic pepper
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning

    Directions

    1. Pour salad dressing into resealable plastic bag; add pork, seal and refrigerate overnight.
    2. Remove pork from dressing and pat dry with paper towels; discard remaining salad dressing.
    3. Sprinkle pork with seasonings and place in shallow pan. Roast at 350 degrees for 1 hour, until internal temperature is 155 degrees.
